GiveYoung.org announces new season details

2014-15 non-profit partners, new event venue and date

Royal Oak, Mich., September 23rd, 2014 – GiveYoung.org is a Van House Foundation initiative whose main purpose is to help the younger generation learn about giving and volunteering. In partnering with various non-profits, GiveYoung.org acts as a bridge between non-profits and the younger generation. By finding new and innovative ways to make learning about philanthropy exciting, we aim to help the younger generation become involved early on in life.

GiveYoung.org has selected its 2014-15 non-profit partners. Each season, GiveYoung.org will select multiple organizations to work with in order provide charitable information to the younger generation. This season’s partners are: Forgotten Harvest, The Empowerment Plan, and Humble Design.

All three organizations will be featured online during the season and highlighted at the GiveYoung.org event in the spring of 2015. The home to the GiveYoung.org event next spring (formerly called The List Event) will be the beautiful Westin Book Cadillac and the date has been set for March 27th, 2015. This unbelievable venue will host the hottest event of the spring and highlight our non-profit partners as well as our sponsors, Whole Foods Market and Brandt Real Estate.
